We don't get to see this satiric side of you very often Victor. Loved it! This line was especially hilarious: "market forces in the film industry operate within inclusive parameters that afford agency and participation for all constituent stakeholders in an equitable manner that promotes diversity" ha ha ha! I am guessing the same is true in the publishing industry...

Yes, I suppose not, seeing this side I mean. It comes out more in a party of friends in the house than in writing, but hey...

As for the industries, I think you're right. Certainly interesting world we live in. Thanks for reading and your lovely comment, Sharron.

Now, that's an opening line...

Thank you, Russell. I woke up one day with an image of a bunch of books piled up along side the statue of liberty., and kind of took off from there. Appreciate the comment, friend!

Oh, this is a gem, Victor. Satire, sarcasm, corruption, injustice and illusive integrity. I got a little Vonnegut vibe at some points. Funny and sad at the same time. And of course "The adjective noun of adjective noun." Loved it!

I think the adjective noun thing got me spinning in a silly mood :) Thanks for checking it out, Jim, and glad you like it. Gonna cut back on sugar intake for a while....

Can you make a poster-sized version of this story so I can hang it in my room? In addition to being whimsical and absurdist, it is serious and true-to-life. How do you do it? What is the secret sauce? What kind of salsa are they putting on your tacos? And do they bottle and ship it? For a 1,349 word story (1,361 if you count the 2 image captions), this is a 3-1/2 hour opera of pure imagination and entertainment. Unparalleled! Leaves your readers crying "More!!!" I LOVED it (can you tell?)!!!

As I mentioned in the note earlier, I guess it's the pineapple salsa, my favorite. Actually, I suppose in seriousness it's because I'm still able to think like a kid, sometimes a very silly one. Then of course the adult wants to elbow in there and we get some of both. Something like that...

However it works, I thank you very much for reading and your beautiful comment, Mike. Really appreciate it, friend.
