Ja ja, tu conoces los perritos and como pueden ser muy divertidos, por supuesto. Y me da gusto mucho que puedes encontrar una joya en los jeroglíficos que marchan. Gracias!
As I mentioned, this one's been a while, but I was in a meditative state, which comes over me from time to time, also. Thanks for checking it out. I'd love to sit down with you someday and chat. Maybe I could put that bottle on the table. All the best.
This: “cut off from the dominant cultures that clasp the world” and this: “although I don’t believe in calendars” and this: “the coolness that dwells in northern hearts” make me want to sit in a tavern under a roof under the stars with these people. This is good soul food for a Tuesday morning.
Thanks for the story, Victor. Don't let the owl or the dogs compress your sleep cycles too much!
Yes, this is one those reflective pieces I get into once in a while. Glad you found some soul food, and I'll speak to those dogs. We just got back from the hills, and hopefully they're tired out for the night. :)
"But where I come from, they sang of money as if it were love."
"We sit with our faces full and our convictions in bloom."
Thank you for resurrecting this fine little philosophical story, Victor. Your latest pieces seem quite a departure from this earlier style. Softer edges.
Thank you Sharron. I have different moods and voices, it seems, and I'm glad you found this softer. I did indeed want to do something different after last time's. All the best.
Hola Víctor, tus historias son un regalo para mí, son verdaderas joyas para aplicar como metáfora en mi manera de sentir y vivir el mundo.
Comentario a parte, que divertidos tus perritos!!

Thanks for bringing this one back Victor. This line made me smile: " I put my bottle back down on the table. That sounds about right, I say."

I’m sure we would not run out of things to talk about. Be well brother.
