Right there inside the hall of Senators full of meat and presented to the cameras that pick him up and shoot a verdict of his face out to the world sits Mr. Stuart Alexander to testify before the political dinosaurs that will soon hobble out and question...
Love this! It should be required reading in schools. Also, I see Timothée Chalamet playing Stuart Alexander in the movie version, but you may have different ideas. Regardless, well done, as ever. Thank you for another inbox treat.
I had to look up Timothée Chalamet. The young Dune Prince. Good choice, you should be in charge of casting. Many thanks for reading and for your comment, Mike.
I must be out of touch. I keep needing to look things up. In this case could only come up with Hari Seldon the inventor of pyschohistorty who I do indeed remember fondly from the Asimov books.
Well, that's excellent. I like that I didn't find it easy to know exactly what was going on which kept me guessing trying to fit it together. The opposite of boring. I like the liberties you took with language and folk talk. But that's just my opinion as I'm a dinosaur myself.
Actually, I never know what anybody will say. Different strokes for Sly and the Family Stone fans and all that plus I sometimes go off (like this piece) on weird tangents I hadn't really planned. And then who knows.
But I always do appreciate your comments Mitchell and I'm glad you found some chortles. Many thanks for reading!

Thank you Andrew. I'm glad you liked it. And you may be a dinosaur (me too!) but you are indeed a wise one.

Thanks Edward. I may have had others in mind, but so many are interchangeable.
